Special Homeowner meeting

You are invited to attend a special meeting of the members of Tres Vistas Homeowners Association.

Location: Home of Laura Wedman

Purpose of Meeting

· A re-vote for the Tres Vistas dam maintenance is to insure the legal commitments are followed according to Tres Vistas Covenants as recommended by legal council from McDonald Sanders, Attorneys at Law.

· At the October 28, 2014 Joint Meeting of the Tres Vistas HOA, there was a vote taken to approve a Special Assessment and to the increase to the Annual Assessment.

· A member has since expressed concern that proper notice of these votes was not given to the entire membership.

· In order to ensure that the association has fully complied with all legal notice and voting requirements, we are asking the membership to vote on these measures a second time.

· HOMEOWNERS WILL NOT PAY MORE MONEY DUE TO A RE-VOTE.

Notice of Proposed Assessments

You are advised that at the Special Meeting on June 4, 2015, the following two measures will be voted on by the entire membership:

1. Vote to approve a Special Assessment per Owner of $800

2. Vote to approve an increase in the Annual Assessment per Owner from $800 to $1800 for 2015

If you are unable to attend but would like to cast your vote in advance of the meeting, please complete and return the attached Absentee Ballot. (See attachment)

If you are unable to attend the meeting but would like someone to vote on your behalf, please complete the Proxy. Either document may be returned via mail or email. (See attachment)
