Summer Quarterly and Annual Meetings
In accordance with sections 3.1 and 3.2 of the Tres Vistas Byalws and as noted in the meeting minutes from February 27, 2016. The Tres Vistas HOA Board will meet on the evening of July 15th. This meeting will finalize the agenda for the Annual Meeting.
On July 16th, the Annual Meeting of the Tres Vistas HOA will take place. The purpose of this meeting is to update the membership on HOA activities for the previous year, elect a new board, hear concerns of members, and discuss future recommended HOA actions.
As noted on May 19th, the nominations and election of the 2016/2017 Executive Board of Directors will happen at the meeting. Proxies will be made available for those who are unable to attend the meeting.
