2017 Quarterly Meeting and Special Assessment Vote 1/21/2017
On January 21, 2017, the Quarterly Board Meeting will be held at 215 Loma Blanca Ln at 3:00 PM.
In addition to a regular update on the HOA finances and current events, there will be a vote for a Special Assessment in the amount of $749. The Assessment will be used to seal gaps in the dam, and repair erosion on part of our roads. An email was sent out to all members on January 2, 2017 with further information. All HOA members are invited to attend the meeting. Members may vote in person, by proxy, or by absentee ballot. The proxy and ballot are linked below for your convenience.
